Shipping and Delivery

All items are shipped frozen. We ship our products using heavily insulated containers which oftentimes will also be boxed. Usually, your order will arrive frozen solid, but depending on the shipping time and the time of year – there may be slight thawing around the edges of the products when received. If a shipment is delayed for an uncontrolled reason and the order is thawed, you will want to check the temperature. The best method to do this is to place a digital meat cooking thermometer directly on your meat products. To be safe, the temperature of the meat can be no more than 45 degrees F. After receiving your order – utmost care should always be taken to immediately unpack the order and place all items in the freezer or immediately thaw to cook.

Trusted Table only ships in the continental United States. Orders placed for delivery in the states of Washington, Oregon and Nevada – MUST be shipped with UPS 3 Day Select Rates as a maximum transit time (due to the possibility of extended transit times at the regular ground rate). Orders to all other states are sent by UPS – Ground Rate (unless expedited shipping is selected by the customer). When the order is shipped you will receive notification (via text/email) of the package beginning transit (and ability to track its progress and delivery date). All orders for shipment must have a physical address for delivery meaning no PO Boxes. All orders are sent with a “shipper release” – meaning the UPS driver is authorized to leave the package at your given address without the need for a signature, to prevent any delays in delivery. It is the customers responsibility to know that the provided address is suitable for a package being left without a signature.

Delivery destinations determine ship duration: Orders will be accepted up until Sunday at 11:59 PM CDT and will be shipped Mondays and Tuesdays. If you place an order after 11:59 PM CDT Sunday, the order will not ship until the following week. All shipments are out of McKinney, Texas and we will make a determination of ship date based upon the transit time to your destination via UPS Ground. Please see the Map for estimated shipping transit days.

Trusted Table offers free local delivery directly to customers’ doors. If you live within the local delivery zone, you can select from Monday, Wednesday, or Friday to receive the delivery. If you cannot receive the order in person, we recommend leaving some type of cooling/insulated device to keep your order cool. We do not recommend this if you would like your product to remain completely frozen after delivery. Trusted Table will not leave a delivery in the occurrence of no customer response or no cooling/insulated device, unless specifically requested from the customer.  In the event of no customer response, Trusted Table will not deliver the order and leave a “Failed Delivery” notice on the customers door, as well as sending a text/email, with a link for the customer to schedule a new delivery time. Failed deliveries must be rescheduled within 7 days of the failed delivery.


Return and Refund Policy

We ship perishable products, so we are unable to accept any returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact Trusted Table within 7 days of delivery. Since we are not able to physically assess the product, we may ask you to provide photos of the product label and any damage reported. We will happily review your order/any reported issues and offer an adequate solution which may include credit toward another order, replacement of the defective product, or a partial/full refund.

Any delays or damage can occur once the package is in transit via UPS – these are beyond our control (i.e., weather, accidents, etc.). If damage is caused by improper handling or late delivery, we are happy to file a claim and replace the damaged shipment. Please notify us of this event within 7 days of delivery –as well as provide us with a description of the damage and photos (photos are required to show proof of damage).

We cannot guarantee the condition of the delivery if the delivery address is incorrectly entered. When placing your order, please enter the shipping address carefully and review to ensure accuracy. If an order is delivered late due to an incorrect address or the customer is unable to receive the delivery on the delivery date and thawing/damage occurs, you will not have the option to be refunded. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided, we must dispose of all contents and you will not have the option to be refunded.

Privacy Policy

At Trusted Table, we collect basic personally identifiable information, like names, physical addresses, email addresses, etc., when submitted by our site’s visitors. The information you provide to us is used to complete your specific order or request only, unless you give Trusted Table permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.

We do reserve the right to share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in any fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so in instances: (1) permitted/required by law; or (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud/unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is never provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have an agreement to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from our site allow you to opt out of further mailings.

Please take your time to read this privacy policy before using the site or submitting any personal information.  By using the site, you are willingly accepting the practices outlined above in this privacy policy. These policies may be changed, but any changes will be immediately posted, and changes will only apply to activities on a going forward, not retroactive basis. Information, including product pricing and availability may be changed and updated without notice. Trusted Table reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation if Trusted Table believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Trusted Table.
